TOWNSHIP COUNCIL MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., and in consideration of Executive Order No. 103, issued by Governor Murphy on March 9, 2020, declaring a State of Emergency and a Public Health Emergency in the State of New Jersey, the Township of Springfield does hereby notify the public that to protect the health, safety and welfare of our citizens while ensuring the continued functioning of government, the meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Springfield scheduled for March 10, 2021 will be held electronically.  Members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting may do so through the web by going to https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84392928495 or calling 1-301-715-8592 followed by meeting number 84392928495 password 465921 at 7:30 pm.   Please be advised that long distance charges may apply if you choose to use the dial in phone number depending on your phone plan.  Individuals entering this meeting through the web or calling in to this number will be able to fully participate in the meeting, including providing public comment.   Any presentations or documents that would otherwise be viewed or made available to members of the public physically attending a local public body meeting shall be made visible on a video broadcast of the remote public meeting or made available for download under the DUCUMENTS TAB on the Township’s Website www.springfieldtownshipnj.org.

MUNICIPAL SERVICES DURING COVID-19 VIRUS

 

The Municipal Building will be closed to the public until further notice due to the COVID-19 virus concerns.  Municipal services will continue and be available through telephone, email, fax and the drop box in front of the building.  Contact information can be found under the Department tab or by the links below.  Please continue to check the website for updates and information on services.
