2022 TAX BILLS

The tax bills for the next billing cycle have not been mailed out yet.  The Township is waiting for a tax rate from the County.  Once that it received our tax system will be updated and bills mailed out with an extended grace period.  We do not have an estimate for when this might happen.

If you need a PTR 1 or PTR 2 filled out, please call the tax office and provide which form you need and it will be sent to you. This form can also be emailed if preferred.  The State will begin mailing PTR applications in early March 2022. The deadline to file the application is October 31, 2022.

During each tax Quarter - 1st throught 10th day of the month in February, May, August and November 9 am - 12 pm.

Tax payments can be made in the tax office during the hours listed above, by using the drop box outside the municipal building at all other times or online.  In the event you need a receipt or amount due please be sure to come during the hours listed above.  Please be advised that deposits made in the drop box after 3 p.m. will be posted to the next business day.

The Tax Collector's Office is responsible for the following:

 

  • Billing and collection of property taxes
  • Tax sales
  • Veteran and Senior deductions
  • Tax verification
  • 200 ft. lists

 

TAX PAYMENTS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED ONLINE OR BY ACH AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL.  SEE BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION AND CLICK THE LINK BELOW FOR MAKING ONLINE PAYMENTS. FEES WILL APPLY AS FOLLOWS:

 

If you pay by ACH or e-check, there is a $1.05 convenience fee.


If you pay by Visa personal debit card, there is a $3.95 convenience fee.


The fee for all other debit and credit card payments will be
approximately 2.95% of your total bill.

ACH check withdrawal can be set up by completing the attached form below and returning to the Tax Collector.  There is no fee associated with this option.

PROPERTY ASSESSMENT CARDS

 

The property assessment cards are informational in nature and should not be used for income tax purposes.  The annual tax bill is for billing purposes and is the accurate accounting of the amount of taxes  paid on a property during the year.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

August 2022

Please be advised that there have been a large number of vehicle break-ins and thefts in Burlington County recently.  Take extra precautions to make sure your vehicle is locked and that no valuables are left inside, especially in site.  If you observe any suspicious behavior in your neighborhood please contact the police department
