TAX BILLS

Please be advised that the tax bills have not been mailed out yet.  We are still waiting for Burlington County to certify the new tax rate.  The grace period for the 2019 3rd quarter taxes due on August 1, 2019 will be extended accordingly once the bills are mailed out.

During each tax Quarter - 1st day of the month in February, May, August and November 9 am - 4 pm and the 2nd thought 10th day of each of these months from 9 am to 12 noon

Tax payments can be made in the tax office during the hours listed above, by using the drop box outside the municipal building at all other times or online.  In the event you need a receipt or amount due please be sure to come during the hours listed above.  Please be advised that deposits made in the drop box after 3 p.m. will be posted to the next business day.

TAX PAYMENTS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED ONLINE OR BY ACH AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL.  SEE BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION AND CLICK THE LINK BELOW FOR MAKING ONLINE PAYMENTS. FEES WILL APPLY AS FOLLOWS:

 

If you pay by ACH or e-check, there is a $1.05 convenience fee.


If you pay by Visa personal debit card, there is a $3.95 convenience fee.


The fee for all other debit and credit card payments will be
approximately 2.95% of your total bill.

ACH check withdrawal can be set up by completing the attached form below and returning to the Tax Collector.  There is no fee associated with this option.

PROPERTY ASSESSMENT CARDS

 

The property assessment cards are informational in nature and should not be used for income tax purposes.  The annual tax bill is for billing purposes and is the accurate accounting of the amount of taxes  paid on a property during the year.

 

The Tax Collector's Office is responsible for the following:

  • Veteran and Senior deductions
  • Tax verification

TAX BILLS

Please be advised that the tax bills are estimated to be mailed out no later then Monday, July 29, 2019.   The grace period for the 2019 3rd quarter taxes due on August 1, 2019 will be extended until August 23, 2019.  There will not be any additional grace period and any payments recevied after August 23, 2019 will be assessed interest back to the due date of August 1, 2019.
