If you need a PTR 1 or PTR 2 filled out, please call the tax office and provide which form you need and it will be sent to you. This form can also be emailed if preferred. PTR applications are due to the State on or before November 2nd but there might be an extension.

During each tax Quarter - 1st day of the month in February, May, August and November 9 am - 4 pm and the 2nd thought 10th day of each of these months from 9 am to 12 noon
Tax payments can be made in the tax office during the hours listed above, by using the drop box outside the municipal building at all other times or online. In the event you need a receipt or amount due please be sure to come during the hours listed above. Please be advised that deposits made in the drop box after 3 p.m. will be posted to the next business day.

If you pay by ACH or e-check, there is a $1.05 convenience fee.
If you pay by Visa personal debit card, there is a $3.95 convenience fee.
The fee for all other debit and credit card payments will be
approximately 2.95% of your total bill.

The property assessment cards are informational in nature and should not be used for income tax purposes. The annual tax bill is for billing purposes and is the accurate accounting of the amount of taxes paid on a property during the year.

A Master Plan is a Township-wide policy document that outlines the vision for the community's growth, development, and preservation. Under New Jersey law, municipalities are required to re-examine their Master Plans every ten (10) years.
PLEASE BE ADVISED that any interested party may attend such public hearing and will be afforded the opportunity to be give comment/ testimony. A copy of the subject 2021 Master Plan Reexamination and Update Report will be available for public inspection and copying beginning ten (10) days prior to the hearing during normal business hours, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, in the Township Clerk’s Office located in the Municipal Building, 2159 Jacksonville-Jobstown Road, Jobstown, New Jersey 08041.
