The police department is loacted in the rear of the municipal building. Twelve police officers and a Chief of Police ensure every day that there is law and order in Springfield.

Please be advised that there have been a large number of vehicle break-ins and thefts in Burlington County recently.  Take extra precautions to make sure your vehicle is locked and that no valuables are left inside, especially in site.  If you observe any suspicious behavior in your neighborhood please contact the police department.
