Setback guidelines for a shed or deck vary by location, but generally, they dictate the minimum distance from the property line where a structure may be built. For example, some areas may allow certain structures like porches, patios, or decks to extend into setback areas with specific limitations.

FENCING GUIDELINES: If you are installing a new fence or replacing an existing one, a zoning permit is required. Please contact the zoning office for lots with easements or corner lot properties prior to submission, as there are additional regulations to consider.” 

What if my farm is Preserved by the County Agricultural Development Board, what improvements can I make? 

The answer is “you must check with the CADB and review your Deed of Easement to verify the permitted uses on your property.
